Today our Morning Mantra is very special because it was given to us by one of our readers Steve Lakey from walktheselftalk.com

I’m very thankful and honoured. Thank You, Steve!

Today’s mantra is very special, it includes 3 important keys to a successful day; self-love, gratitude and positivity.

Sit in a comfortable position with your back and head straight put your hands on your knees and open your hands.

Inhale slowly hold it for 3 seconds and exhale, repeat the breathing as many times you wish and when you feel ready and relaxed visualize yourself in front you and repeat the Mantra:

I Am Enough… 

I am Grateful for Everything I have…

I Look Forward to this New Day…

Repeat the Mantra as many times you wish and breath slowly; inhale – hold it for 3 seconds – exhale.

Now take a moment to visualise your day and for every action that you see yourself doing repeat the Mantra; I Am Enough…

Visualise everything that you will use today; the car, the metro, your phone, your computer, the food you are going to eat and the clothes you are going to wear and repeat the Mantra; I Am Grateful for Everything I have…

Now think about your day breath in and repeat the Mantra; I Look Forward to this New Day

Breath in… Inhale – Hold it for 3 seconds – Exhale and when you are ready to go on and start your Day with the certainty that today you will have an amazing Day.

Set a reminder on your phone for as many times you think you need a break to focus on your self when the alarm beeps breath and repeat the Mantra.
